FINAL REVIEWED
Paper submissions: Post a hard copy plus a
copy on a CDROM or a DVD. Please write your name, the title
of
your Reviewed Paper and the file name, word-processing software,
version and format on the electronic format. If you use graphics,
show
the graphics format used and provide a separate file for each
graphic.

Preparation
Guidelines for Reviewed Papers
Provide your complete
paper in MS Word formatted for Windows.
Graphics should be provided as a separate file for each graphic.
Papers should not
exceed 4000 words, including references, footnotes
and appendices. MS Word or RTF format are preferred. Pictures
and
graphs should be provided at the end of the document.
Authors will be responsible
for their own typographical and
grammatical work.
The papers will
be published in English.
Page size
Papers must be formatted for A4 size.
Margins
Side margins are to be 3 cm each side with 2.5 cm top and bottom.
Typeface
12-point Times Roman. Do not underline any text or headings.
Line spacing
and justification
Double line spacing, with a (blank) line after paragraphs, all
body text
left justified. After review, we may request reformatting to
single line
spacing.
Title page
The title should be in 12-point BOLD CAPITALS and centred but
not
underlined. It should be followed by a single (blank) line space
and
author details.
Author details
Use 12-point font size, centred, show the name(s) then the
organization(s) on the next line, and the address on the next
line.
Author(s) details
should only appear on the title page.
Abstract
Show the heading ABSTRACT in 12-point BOLD CAPITALS and
centred but not underlined. This heading should be followed
by a single
(blank) line space and an abstract (summary of the paper) of
not more
than 100 words, which is indented one centimetre left and right.
The
abstract should be followed by two (blank) line spaces and the
first
heading of the paper contents.
How to structure
a paper
The following sections
are provided as a guide, particularly for research
reports. Not all papers would fit these guidelines, so changes
appropriate to the paper genre should be made.

Main Heading
12-point BOLD CAPITALS, left justified followed by a blank line
(do not
underline or number headings).
First level
of subheading
12-point bold left justified with initial capital only (unless
heading
includes proper names) followed by a blank line (do not underline
or
number headings).
Second level
of subheading
12 point, italics, left justified with initial capital only
(unless heading
includes proper names) followed by a blank line (do not underline
or
number headings).
Tables and
figures
Include them in the body of the paper, not at the end. Graphics
should
be supplied in a standard graphics format. Titles of tables,
graphs etc.
should go underneath in 12-point italic, centred.
Quotations
Long quotes, of more than 40 words, should be presented as a
new
paragraph. 10 point indented 1.25 cm left and right.
Short quotes of 40
words or fewer, should be presented in double
quote marks and run on within the paragraph.
Footnotes
Footnotes may be used sparingly. Use 11-point font, with footnotes
numbered consecutively
at the bottom of the page. Endnotes are not
to be used.
References
Referencing will be APA published style (as outlined in the
fifth edition
of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association),
but not indented. See examples below:

Please provide an abstract of about 200 words.
Posters
We welcome the submission of posters to the conference. Please
follow the following guidelines:
- Paper size A3
- Not to exceed
200 words
- Type: Arial 12
point for text and as appropriate for headers.
- Images to be
used wherever possible to demonstrate the aim of
the presentation.
